The turret can be equipped with Multitools which are available in different configurations and are designed to house “A” and “B” complete tools; they are indeed “A” and “B” multitool holders. Since a complete “A” or “B” tool is used, there is no limitation of tonnage and the entire power can be made available.

The rainer Multitools are indexable and all tools can be indexed.

The turret can also be equipped with the rainer-TAP tapping system and up to 4 tapping stations can be made available.

The tapping stations are in the turret and can be used in the entire work range without any off-set and limitation, they are totally programmable and driven by the machine index.

Another important characteristic of the rainer punch press centers are the clamps, which have automatic positioning.
